Delicious and simple Mango and Spinach Green Smoothie created by our raw food chef, Magalie at Amchara Gozo. Perfect for breakfast or as a refreshing snack – serves 2.
- 3 small mangoes or 1 large mango
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 cup coconut water (about 230 ml)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Pinch salt
- Crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
